my name is Katie Tauber and this is my website for English 1102! I am a pre-nursing freshman at UNC Charlotte. I grew up in Maryland and have moved several times throughout my childhood. I now live in Harrisburg, North Carolina. I enjoy sports of all kinds, espicially swimming. I love to workout and hangout with friends. One day, I want to be a licensed Registered Nurse that works in an Emergency Room. 

This is my little brother, Matthew. He is two years younger than me and we will always be best friends. 

This is my dog, Noodles. She is a schnauzer-poodle mix. She is eleven years old, but she is still my baby.

HELLO! I am Katie Tauber and this is my English 1102 Portfolio. This portfolio represents ME and what I am taking away from this class.

 

You will find connections, what I have learned, and some things that spark my interest. You will find tons of pictures because I feel pictures say it best!

 

I want you to know that there are hyperlinks throughout my digital essay and you can click on them. They will take you to a different page. Usually, they will take you to yet another page that is connected to what I am writing about.

 

Also, you will find different tabs at the top as well as some sub-tabs. Feel free to look at everything! I put a lot of work into this and am proud of it.

 

I have a common idea present throughout this digital essay- Learning to Love Writing, My Way. This is meaningful to be because I absolutely love writing when I can be 100% myself. Throughout this portfolio you will see that absolutely everything is my own, original ideas.

 

And that is why this was so much fun for me!
